Assistant was polite, listened to our needs, and recomended a few beds for us to trial, and was very helpful with his knowladge of beds.

Staff were friendly without being pushy. We were able to try as many beds as we liked and Kevin explained the merits of each mattress. When we finally decided on the mattress, he was able to arrange delivery at a time that suited us and also arranged for the collection of our old one. All in all, a very good customer service. we were served by Kevin & showed us different options for our needs, nothing was too much trouble, we didn't feel he was pushing for a sale, excellent treatment & service from Kevin

Arrived to store 5 mins after closing. The guy saw, unlocked the door allowed us in and we were in and out with a new mattress with 10 minutes.

The assistant/salesperson was very pleasant when entering the shop offering tea or coffee. We explained the problem of our own bed, which he was very understanding of our predicament and was able to make suggestions and show us different mattresses. We asked him a lot of questions, which he was very knowledgeable and clear in his answers.

Staff( Julie) let us know she was available for advice but didn't cling to our every move like the 2 rival shops we had visited earlier.The facility to have the old bed and mattress taken away at a reasonable cost was a big plus. The price of the headboards was very reasonable compared to other shops.Julie also gave sound advice about pillows( we bought 2 new ones)Other members of staff were also friendly and chatty whilst competing the paperwork inc. bringing us tea
