Kevin, Who served us when we came to dreams was brilliant, the gold standard of customer service. On entering the store he offered us a drink, found out what it was we wanted and then found it for us. I am very rarely actually impressed by the customer service offered by retail but Kevin blew us away. Thank you for a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience.

Julie was extremely helpful, got different pillows to make our experience similar to our sleep at home. Offered us drinks. Julie made us feel at ease, answered all questions and offered suitable advice for any issues
