The staff. Kevin was a superb help. Tea and coffe was excellent. Also tried out new pillows

I found what I wanted. Did think the prices might have been a bit cheaper but i was very satisfied with being given a delivery date right away and even a time slot. If there is one thing that aggravates people when ordering furniture it's being messed about with delivery dates and times. They have even agreed to take away my existing bed which saves me some further trouble from having to contact the rip off St helens Council.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful and allowed us time to look around without rushing us into a decision

Knowledgeable staff who were able to provide us with a quality bed and mattress at a very reasonable price. Delivery arranged easily and free.

I was very satisfied with my visited to the dream at St helens all staff was very helpful, they help me to find out what I really need and explain about the products . delivery arrangement was so quick. yes I got no complain all service are excellent.highly recommence to friends and families.

Andy who processed my order was extremely polite,friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was 2 much trouble and he advised me all the way on my purchase I did not feel pressurised into purchasing and his colleague was very pleasant and courteous it was a very pleasant experience as I came away happy with my purchase and surprised how reasonably priced my new bed was can't wait for it to be delivered

The salesman was very polite and approachable. He made us feel comfortable and offered us a nice drink. He was knowledgeable of a wide range of products. He took the time to find out about queries that he was unsure about and got straight back to us. Andrew did not force us into buying something that we did not want. The quality of the goods very good. The buying and delivery options also suited our needs.

Staff were attentive and knowledgable without being pushy.

The customer service form both of the sales assistants was very good. Did not feel pressured to buy, very warm friendly and welcoming, knowledgable about product. Answered all our questions. Got offered a cup of tea as soon as we entered the shop.

We visited the store earlier in the week and met Laura who talked us through everything we were interested in, showed us around the store and gave us all the information we needed, she also went through different product options with us and assisted us when we had questions regarding size of products, how they deliver & assemble and offers that may interest us. When we had more time we came back and met Laura again who took our order, helped us make decisions on what we wanted and had such a great knowledge of everything in store we felt very happy with everything & the service including delivery options and assembly of items was great.
