Richard and Laura were very helpful and put me at ease as i was unsure what mattress to buy. I was even offered a cup of tea. Great service professional and friendly.

The sales guy Kevin was friendly attentive understood our needs and did not mither like in some stores. Nothing was too much trouble . The quality of the items we purchased was really good. Great advice from kev. Did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at any time during our visit.

Having placed one order, of over £1000, I have returned to the St.Helens store to place another order to the value higher than the first. This is probably the best way of showing that I am completely satisfied with the service and the product that I purchased as I have returned and bought another
