my validation code 242A010263 was given by Lauara at ST Helens She was very efficient and knew her job backwards. The time spent explaining was great I would certainly use Dreams again.

I received excellent service from very friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the product. I was offered a cup of tea or coffee whilst in store and made to feel comfortable and at ease with all the necessary questions and paperwork to complete. I was very pleased with the bed I bought and how quickly it could be delivered. Very impressed with the whole experience. I would definitely return to buy a bed in the future and highly recommend Dreams to other family and friends who were thinking about purchasing a bed.

Salesperson was engaging and knowledgeable. All in all made our visit to store a pleasant experience.

Great service from start to finish. Not pushy in store. Friendly and helpful. Delivery men were helpful and did the job with speed and ease.

We attended the store with three children. The store assistant made us feel very welcome, made us drinks, entertained the children with colouring pens and paper and let us look at all of the items available. We didn't feel pressured at all into buying anything. She was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the visit

We were very well looked after by Kevin the salesperson. He explained everything in specific detail and could not have been more helpful in guiding us through the options we had to purchase our goods. The showroom was spotlessly clean and the chance to have a lie on the beds was most welcome. Having purchased from Dreams before I would definitely recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Our visit to the store in St Helens could not have gone any better. We bought a lot of bedroom furniture last year and are highly delighted with it so had no hesitation in deciding to visit again for a new bed. From the moment we stepped into the shop we were given an excellent service. We were allowed to walk around and look without being harassed with any sales pitches. When we did want assistance the staff was immediately on hand and provided us with all the answers we asked. Full information was given about being able to return the mattress if unsatisfied. Plus the ordering and delivery details were no hassle. When the beds were delivered I was amazed at how respectful the staff were, they took their shoes off without being asked and went about their business building the beds in no time. The rubbish was collected and taken away and I was left with 2 beautiful new beds ready for use. That night and each night after that my family have had lovely nights sleeps. Thank you Dreams
