Laura was very helpful. She she helped us find the best mattress which suited us by listening to our needs and narrowing down the choices to the most appropriate. She was very friendly, informative and approachable and made buying a mattress a pleasure. Would recommend Dreams and Laura to family and friends.

Very good service

straight away we were met by the salesman kevin. we told him what we had in mind. and he allowed us to wander round and test things as when we saw something we liked. even made us a cup of tea which I think is really nice. when we thought we had something in mind he went down stairs to work prices out but still leaveing us alone to make sure it was what we really wanted. no pressure at all. and went out of his way to ensure we got it at the sale price it said and gave a few discounts where he could. and worked out delivery date with us when it suited us. a very good experience.

The shop assistant was friendly, not pushy. Knowledgeable and thorough. Helped us through our bed buying experience. I would have no problem returning our custom and highly recommending to friends and family

Understood the explanation given for the differences between mattresses. Sales person knew my budget, showed me options but did not push me over budget. Helped me decide between 2 mattresses.
