Because they are true answers i bought 1 mattress for me then i bought 2 more for my children and i have just bought a base and the service was very good and delivery when you want thank you.

went in, got seen to straight away, friendly chap. Bought me mattress, took it with me, no messing about. Sorted.

From entering the store we were greeted by Andrew who explained the store layout. We were left to browse at our leisure and were offered refreshments. After explaining what we required the various options were explained with in depth knowledge of the products available for our requirements. The purchasing process was made quickly and easily. Having had a previous bad experience of a high street bed supplier we felt the whole experience was a pleasure thanks to Andrew and the branch manager

Laura, the sales assistant, was friendly and very knowledgeable. She provided information on all products I questioned and just overall very, very helpful!

Staff very professional friendly and very helpful. A pleasant experience all round . Would definitely recommend the st Helens branch to family and friends .
