During my experience at Dreams I found Staff Members within the store to be very approachable, accommodating, friendly, efficient and knowledgable.

The sales assistant, Andy, was very knowledgeable about the range of products available. He was sensitive to my special disability needs. He gave us time, space, and consideration to think about our purchases. There was an excellent range of choice. Andy put us at ease and listened to us.

- Soon as we arrived in shop we was welcomed and offered refreshments whilst we looked around. - A quick explanation of the different types of mattresses was explained and we were given time to look around. - When we needed assistance he was there to advise us straight away. - He was very helpful getting us various prices on the selection of beds we had picked in order for us to make a decision. - He provided us with refreshments whilst we completed the order and delivery date. - He updated us on assembly service, product covers and offers on bedding - During our visit the 3 members of staff were all very supportive and good team work evident between them all. - On leaving the store we was advised if any problems to ring them and they can sort this out for us. - Overall great experience. We didn't feel over pressured with sales blabber. Would recommend to others to visit this store.

Andrew was extreamly helpful,polite, very informative about the product. most of all not too pushy. he gave us space to decide which bed we liked.we would highly recommend him .

I called in at Dreams St. Helens yesterday morning, just to have a quick browse whilst waiting to meet up with a friend. Richard immediately welcomed into the store and offered me a free coffee which I thought was just lovely, he was warm, friendly and extremely jovial and made me feel very much at ease. He quickly struck up a conversation with me and I explained that I have recently bought a holiday home with my partner and was browsing for inspiration for bedding. On hearing this, Richard swiftly showed me some of the stores special offers which were heavily discounted. The prices were superb and although I hadn't intended to buy, I left with two Silentnight complete bed sets, two pillows and two fitted single sheets having saved a fortune. Richard was very professional and extremely friendly and I was extremely grateful that he had approached me as these purchases had saved me a lot of money! Keep up the good work Richard, you are a huge asset to Dreams! I will definitely be back and I will certainly be recommending Dreams St Helens to my friends and family. A*****
