As soon as I walked in the store I was put at ease with finding the perfect mattress for my needs. Julie was so helpful & showed me different mattresses which I tried. I thought she was very informative answering my questions & wasn't at all pushy which I liked very much. By the time I left after making my purchase I thought that was a excellent experience & felt I had known Julie as a friend rather than a sales assistant. Full marks to you Julie 😊😊😊. I would recommend Dreams to all my family & friends. Thankyou

The efficiency of all 3 store assistance we was showed around the store his different quality of bed and mattresses was explained (I had to ask more than twice because I’m a little forgetful) but he was still as efficient as the first time I asked.

It was the first time I have been to the store, I was greeted by a young gentleman named Andy, he was extremely pleasant and helpful and offered me a coffee.. I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for so Andy provided me with different options to choose from within my budget he also told me to browse around the store to see if there was anything I liked.. I didn't feel under pressure to buy a very pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience..

Andy was very informative and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. He also gave us space and privacy and did not "hover" or make us feel rushed or uncomfortable.

The staff were nice and helpful.
