Really happy with the customer service I received, was offered lots of hot drinks, was given lots of information by Andy, who was very patient with me. I wasn't put under any pressure to buy anything. Was told to relax and try out the mattresses so I got a good feel for them

The assistant (Julie) was very friendly, gave us the information we needed but then stepped back to give us time to think about our purchase.

The whole process was easy. Good range of products to look at and information supplied by Andrew. Shop was accessible and well laid out.

We were given the assistance we required in finding the product we were looking for and given time to consider whether to purchase. Once our decision was made, the ordering process was completed efficiently and a satisfactory delivery date found. Pleasant and helpful assistant who explained the product well.

On arrival of the store me and my partner was welcomed by a lovely friendly bloke by the name of Kevin, he spoke to us in a really calm manner and explained everything in good detail. I was highly satisfied with my purchases and the discount / sale prices, Kevin also threw in 4 free pillows with my purchase. Quick easy service decent value for money

As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by a smiling member of staff who was eager to help. He took time to understand what I was looking for, and my budget. He immediately showed me Number of beds and told me to take my time trying them out. He stayed close by to ensure he was able to give his professional advice and opinion, without making me feel overcrowded or under pressure to make a decision. His name was Andy. It took me a little while to make a decision and Andy was really helpful in aiding my decision and nothing seemed like too much trouble. In fact the whole team were friendly and offered advice. I could tell they all got on well and this added to the enjoyment of the overall experience. To be honest, I had only decided to go to dreams, because John Lewis was further away. Having previously visited John Lewis, because of their reputation, I was worried that I wouldn’t get the same service in Dreams. I can honestly say, that buying the bed with Dreams was one of the positive retail experiences I have had lately. Thanks Andy (great beard too! 😀)

Approached by sales man early, offered a brew and made welcome. Able to test beds with no fuss. Felt honest. Keith was friendly and really personal. Made it unique. Sale was easy without issue, keith was able to sort our requirements and offered further products without being overly pushy
