Greeted on entry and offered a hot drink. Listened to, offered very good advice. Did not feel rushed. Fantastic price for the product and interest free credit. Quick delivery and removal of old bed.

I must admit, I would rarely go to the effort of completing a Survey like this. However, I found the staff to be so approachable, helpful and accommodating, I felt I must complete some feedback. Taking into consideration the time I entered the store, close to closing time, I found the staff unbelievably positive and helpful, in particular Kevin. We were offered complimentary tea/coffee and found Kevin to give enough information on the various products, whilst allowing time for both me and my partner to discuss our preferred mattresses. Very impressed.

We visited the St Helens store and were greeted by a lovely helpful assistant Laura. We informed her we were looking for and Laura showed us where to find everything we needed. We were offered drinks while we looked which was greatly appreciated. Laura explained everything we needed to know about both the bed and mattress, but left us alone to discuss what we wanted, which is nice as doesn't happen in lots of stores. Our purchase was easy and well explained, Laura was very friendly and helpful which made it much easier. We will certainly recommend Dreams to friends and return when we next require a new bed or mattress. Thank you Dreams

Sales staff very helpful and offered refreshments while we looked around gave me information on what I wanted and were very friendly . On paying sales staff again we're helpful giving me all the options. I would always go to dreams first if i ever need a bed cant fault the products and staff .

The assistant (Laura) was so friendly, easy to talk to and didnt make us feel pressured or like we were wasting time at any point. Upon speaking to Laura, she quickly figured out what style we liked, what quality we wanted and how much storage was important for us. The showroom had enough on display for us and Laura was specifically interested in us, and our son, who is 18 months and running a mock in the showroom! She figured out our budgets as we are saving for our wedding and even though this was a big spend for us ontop of saving for the wedding, she made sure the payments suited our budget. We were impressed with the quality of the drawer solutions to storage and fell in love with the Tempur range! We ordered a beautiful winged frame with a Tempur matress and pillows. It was well over the price we wanted to spend but we know we have a good product! The monthly payments will be finished just before the wedding in Croatia and so we will have our bed all paid for just in time for some extra spends for our family holiday and wedding. Thanks to Laura for making us feel so relaxed!

I found shopping at Dreams was a lot better than i thought, to be honest was dreading going looking for a new mattress, but from the moment we stepped in to the store we were put as ease with Richard the store manager.

We didn’t expect to buy a bed on the day to be honest, myself and my husband just wanted to have a look and see what was available within our budget. Kevin, who served us in the St. Helens branch was so helpfull explaining the prices of beds and the layout of the store. He also went on to explain matteresses and how they work, this is important to me as my husband has a bad back so Kevin described why the Tempur mattress was a better choice, so we went with that one! I was hesitant as me and my husband prefer different styles of mattresses but Kevin won me over after pointing out the confident 10 year warranty on the particular mattress we purchased. We ended up spending more then I’d like but I was more then happy to do this as I know we have a high quality bed, that is not only beautiful but practical. Kevin was so polite and even left us to discuss our finances privately so that we could make an honest decision, we really appreciated this as not many people do that. Overall great experience, will definitely be going back for future purchases and I have already told everyone to head to the store ASAP with the fantastic sales on at the moment. Thanks Dreams!!!

Was greeted in arrival .store worker knew the item I mentioned I seen online and when asked if they had a mattress in to try he prompted me to the location.worker was not pushy like some can be. Was taken to the payment location and asked if I would like a drink other co worker was chatty.overall a nice experience .Thanks

We were warmly welcomed to to store and the staff were chatty and friendly. We were able to place an order quickly with no complications.
