On entering the dreams store,my wife and I had some idea of what mattress we wanted.But with so much choice on offer it would have been hard to pick one .With the help of a very pleasant assistant we were happy with our selection

The salesperson at the St Helens branch Kevin was very very helpful went through everything with me about the bed the size of the bed and the mattress didn’t rush make sure everything was to my needs very satisfied with the service

Colleague (Andy) went out of their way to provide a quality service. He offered his assistance when I came to store and was there throughout the course of my store trip to provide information when needed. He was available the whole time for any questions I might ask and made me feel comfortable enough to approach him, while also giving me time and space to have a proper look around and have a think about which product I would like. He offered beverages and was overall extremely helpful. As a result, the experience was a great one and I left the store with the items I had in mind and feeling very satisfied.

I am highly satisfied with my experience in the St Helens Dream store as upon entering the premises I was greeted by my server, Andy, who was extremely friendly towards me and offered refreshments to me as I was looking through the store. He would come over to me every so often to check on me and see if there was anything to do to help or answer any questions I may of had. Once I had decided on the product that I wanted to buy, the checkout process went extremely smoothly with no hiccups thanks to Andy's clear knowledge of the systems he was working with.
