I was greeted by Kevin who talked me through the experience that Dreams had to offer with regard to my purchase . I was most impressed . I was offered a selection of hot drinks whilst trying various Mattresses until I made my choice . A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon , I left Dreams knowing that I had made the perfect choice and eagerly await delivery of my purchase on the 5-2-2020 . I shall certainly recommend Dreams to my many friends . An excellent shopping experience , well done to all concerned 👍

Kevin was very helpful as i have a back problem. He introduced me to the new machine too enable him to indicate what mattress would suit my needs.

Very pleased with the service received from Kevin. He explained about the mechanics of the new machine to measure the precise measurements for the correct mattress required. Service was quick .
