Both Kevin and Richard were working when we visited the store on the retail park in at Helens. Kevin greeted us, and explained to us how the machine to match you to a mattress worked, and completed the process with us. He then showed us around all of the recommended mattresses, of which his knowledge was great. He then took us to a bed frame that matched the description of what we were looking for. We then went through the payment with him downstairs. He this was very quick and simple, and Richard was very polite and helpful when going through this process too. Made the experience of buying a new bed and mattress much better than we have had in other shops. Would highly recommend the store purely for the service and expertise that we were shown during our visit. Even a 10 week wait on the bed was no problem as we felt at ease with the guys and that we were in safe hands with dreams as a whole. Thank you Kevin & Richard
