We saw a bed on clearance at the Warrington branch that we really liked which had unfortunately been sold the day before. We were assisted by a lady who had just transferred from the St. Helen's branch who phoned her previous manager for us to see if they had the same bed left in stock on clearance. Fortunately for us, they had it in stock and reserved it straight away! We walked into the store, were immediately seen to and urged to inspect the bed before committing to the purchase. Once we had decided we wanted it the process of payment; delivery date, personal details and customer service were absolutely top notch. Took us no more than 5 minutes and we were finished. Free delivery and assembly included!
