Dreams - Isle of Wight

Even though it was late and the store would close soon, the staff were fabulous and kind. I was offered a coffee and shown around to the Matresses we required. The lady left us to ponder and try out the Matresses as well for as long as we needed. We then made our choice and we were treated very well and with respect and made not to feel in a hurry either. The chap explained everything to us and offered us a guarantee and Matresses topper for a good price as well. We were very pleased overall and would go back again for certain.

I encounterd no problems what so ever. The first avaliable date for the product I ordered is March but I accepted the fact that this was a possibility. The shop was easy to navigate and kept in good condition, good for people with borderline OCD. I'm looking forward to receiving the products that I ordered, with the fantastic assistance of Matthew. Would recoment to friends and family.

The sales person, Jennifer, was very helpful in showing me the mattress that I had picked out on-line. She offered my wife and I a hot drink, which we declined, (just had one before shopping) and left us for a few minutes to try out the bed for comfort. Very pleased with the help.

I was served by Matthew the store manager Extremely helpful. Even made me a latte in a real mug. He let me try many of the tempa mattress and let me take my time to choose.

I was asked if I needed help and said I wanted to browse first which I was allowed to do without a salesperson breathing down my neck, I feel this is most important, when I wanted help it was readily available. The staff where really friendly offering tea or coffee, and I didn't feel rushed in any way. It was great being able to try any of the beds at my leisure. When I was ready to order it was very relaxed and easy, and very professional, I am a returning customer to this store and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. 5*****

The staff were fantastic friendly and knowledgeable a welcome releaf after a very rude experience with a different company earlier in the day. Your staff are a credit to the company on the Isle of Wight
