We hadn't previously visited the Store and were pleased to find such a wide selection of beds. The lady who served us (Jenny) ? was knowledgeable and helpful and very importantly was not pushy. We warmed to her - and appreciated the superb coffee. Our only disappointment, was learning we are in for a wait of what is probably going to be six weeks ! which in our opinion is way too long.

The assistant was very helpful and we found the bed that we were hoping for.

Myself and my dad came to look for kids bunk beds , on arrival we went straight upstairs and found the beds , soon to be greeted by a staff member who came upstairs to help us , he gave us all the information we needed , offers us tea and made them , gave us a brochure on the beds , and on paying for the beds we received a small discount too which helped ! Fabulous service .

Easy and no pressure and even offered coffee

The sales lady was fantastic she listened to all of our requirements, she showed us all the options that were available, and then went away to make coffee for us. She then returned quickly with coffee which was a lovely touch. She then gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision. I would also like to say she went out of her way to find out materials used in all the mattresses she showed us because of my allergies. All in all she made our shopping experience stress free and easy. The lady’s name was Jennifer at the Isle of Wight store, so a big thank you for Jennifer from us.

The sales assistant Carla was extremely helpful. She was not pushy but gave us all tye information we needed and then allowed us time to make a decision in a non rushed manner.

I encounterd no problems what so ever. The first avaliable date for the product I ordered is March but I accepted the fact that this was a possibility. The shop was easy to navigate and kept in good condition, good for people with borderline OCD. I'm looking forward to receiving the products that I ordered, with the fantastic assistance of Matthew. Would recoment to friends and family.
