Friendly & very knowledgeable staff with no pressure. Spacious & well laid out store with a wide range of products.

We were able to see everything we wanted.

We visited the store twice within the space of a week. The first time when we went to browse we were greeted in a friendly manner upon entering the store, offered a beverage and told where we could find the elevator in order to access the next level where we had a pushchair with us. The second visit when we went into the store to make our final decision and purchase our choice we were again greeted in a friendly manner, with drinks offered again as well as told about the cushions available to test on the stands. When we came to place our order for a mattress and pillows the salesman was knowledgeable about the products and the accident cover, advising us on the best accessories (mattress protector and fitted sheets) which would compliment the products best.

The assistant was very knowledgable, used a machine we laid under to check what mattress was ideal for us. There was good selection of choice and prices. She was friendly and very polite. Worked out what total price would be, option of delivery dates etc. Whole experience was enjoyable and totally satisfactory!! Unusual to find these days!

Customer welcome as we walked in. Coffee to walk around store with. Freedom to look around. Mattress tester. Good Advice to suit our needs.

We only went in to buy a pillow but ended up buying a mattress. The sales assistant did not pressurize us at all but was most helpful. He left us alone to browse and was immediately available when we needed him.

We were not rushed when we entered the building, when we asked for assistance we had a really nice young man help us he wasn't a pushy salesman but gave helpful advice

Matthew was extremely helpulful pleasant and knowledgeable I was treat with respect
