No pressure from overbearing salesman. Understanding and knowledgeable.

The salesman phoned back our number, as we got cut off, and we were able to discuss that we were on our way, as the store was due to close in 45mins. The salesman couldn't have done more to help my sister and I with choosing a bed and all the accessories we needed too. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He even stayed over closing time to ensure we could complete our order. His name was Matt Moss and we both agreed that he impressed us both with his helpful attitude and lovely manner with the customers.

We only had a vague idea of what we wanted. The store assistant on the day we were looking and another assistant we saw the following day when we made our order were extremely helpful.

The Sales person was knowledgeable and allowed us space to try before we buy - Good Service

A very good experience from start to finish. We were not sure of the firmness of mattress required but suspected it could be different between myself and my wife. We were delighted that we could if needed have a bed with differing firmness on each side. In the end after using the devise for prescribing the best type of bed we found that we needed the same. We were given time to try all available types with no pressure put on us to go for the really high price ones. In the end we went for the one which we were both comfortable about. Thanks to all the staff involved

Matthew, the sales assistant at the isle of wight branch was extremely helpful, he explained everything in detail and offered a wide range of products, he was not trying to push me towards any one item. He also took the time to interact with my 17 month old toddler, and anyone who knows about shopping with a toddler knows this is much appreciated!!

We knew what we wanted and could answer our questions really well. Mainly around the delivery time and the extra cover for the bed and mattress. We also asked for the delivery confirmation and order confirmation to be emailed to us.
