i have mobility issues and Jennifer did everything she could to assist me. she was very helpful informative and an extremely nice young woman, we went in to purchase two single mattresses and came out having ordered the said mattresses, a brand new divan and mattress for ourselves and a new headboard. this should show you how impressed we were with her Customer Service and attention.

Jennifer was extremely helpful, she gave us some information and let us then peruse the stock before arranging a very good deal on the bed that we chose.

Firstly we were given a lovely cup of coffee how I like it. Explained we could choose the base of our choice and the mattress of our choice.

I needed a bed urgently as my wife had fallen downstairs and broken her shoulder. she couldn't get ep stairs so needed a bed downstairs. I rang your store first then visited your store. all your staff were incredibly helpful to ensure I could receive the new bed within the week. your staff are a credit to the company
