Found the machine to test for the mattress compatibility fantastic! We were shown a fairly cheap mattress within our offerings which I thought was really good and fair Nothing was too much trouble Matt even offered to take a mattress upstairs to get a side by side comparison

Large choice of mattresses. We used the bed which scans our bodies and auto adjusts to provide a list of the most suitable mattresses. Jennifer, who served us, was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We went in told the stores assistance what we wanted. She recommended what we looked at and we found just what we were looking for

We had searched online to decide the right mattress specification and we found the Dreams bed and mattress guide very helpful in guiding our choice. We checked our local store and they didn't have the mattress in stock but we decided to go to the store and look anyway. We were very glad we did as we were able to try out the mattress for ourselves, not the size we wanted, but once we'd confirmed how it felt and saw the fantastic quality and finish, our minds were made up. Jennifer, the assistant who helped us, was great. She gave us just the right help and attention, loaned us a tape measure and once we'd decided to buy she made us a lovely mug of coffee while she processed our order. I think what helped us decide more easily is the peace of mind that comes with the service Dreams offers to recycle our old mattress. We had a great level of service and support, just what we needed from a good bed company.

Salesman was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. All in all a most pleasing experience.

Matt Moss our sales assistant was perfect he listened and understood our requirements. I visited with my son who’s about to move out of home. 😊 so he needs a bed! The advice we received was clear enough for Matthew ( my son) to understand but in no way condescending.

We were made welcome and feel like valued customers as soon as we entered the store. Although we explained that we were probably only browsing on this occasion, your colleague Matt offered us hot drinks to enjoy while we were wandering around. He also offered us the chance to use the mattress type measuring bed and was happy to answer our questions about delivery, disposal of old beds, etc. Happily, both my husband and I found exactly what we were looking for at sensible prices so decided to place our order immediately without going to any other stores. At no time were we put under any pressure to buy and it is probably that fact alone which prompted our decision to buy from Dreams as we both hate being 'pounced on' when shopping.

The customer service was exceptional. She went out of her way to ensure my disabled mother was comfortable and ok and even made her a cup of tea Its the little things 😊
