Dreams - Isle of Wight

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We tried the sleep master thing to select the best mattress and finally have found a mattress that should be comfortable for an entire night! It's the 2nd tempur mattress we have bought and a top of the range silent night mattress in the past (all from dreams) generally very helpful and knowledgeably. Not pushy at all.

We were greeted soon after we entered the store and offered assistance. We were offered a cup of tea by Jennifer and left to browse briefly as requested and then she returned and we discussed our needs. Most helpful and good service by Jennifer

This is third visit to this store, each time the price is good, ease of transaction, knowing when it will be delivered, contact from store was ideal, email and text.

Jennifer, who served us spent a good deal of time understanding what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the product range. Whilst recommending mattresses we felt under no pressure to buy which made it very easy for us. Jennifer is a credit to your business.

Carla was one of the best sales person we have ever come across. She was very informative but unintrusive and allowed us the time to make decisions. Most sales people we come across in general are annoying and put us off buying but Carla was excellent :)
