very friendly assistant who helped us to choose the correct mattress for my partners needs due to back problems. Offered us tea and did not pressure us into anything. Was very helpful and polite

The assistant Jennifer was on the ball right from the start inviting us to try the special mattres selector bed to help us select the correct firmness for our needs, sleeping position, and age. She then guided us to the appropriat mattreses to look at (mediun firmness) and answered our questions as we looked at several options. we made our first decision quickly going for a king size top of the range New Flaxby. We asked about pillows and she showed us the Tempur Comfort Cooltouch Pillow which she said we could take around with us as we tried out diferent beds. She showed us some paper work listing the three things we were going to purchase, and we asked about a some discount on a pair of pillows. On her return after speaking to the manager we said we would purchase the Super King size and she spoke to the manager again about possible discounts. We agreed our purchase were given an excellent coffee and paid for the goods in full. Overall a very smooth experiance. We had not planned to purchase that day, but just went for it.

Jennifer was so helpful in assessing our needs and showing us the matereses which were best suited. Very knowledgeable and as the pushy but gave us time to decide.

Matthew was very welcoming and had a smile on his face as I approached him. He shook my hand and asked if I had had a good Christmas and was genuineness interested in my reply.Matthew knew exactly what I wanted and then enquired if I needed any other products whilst I was there. I was offered refreshments when we sat down and felt totally at ease with Matthew and his demeanour. The order was processed quickly and efficiently with no fuss, a very pleasurable experience.

Lovely friendly staff ,lovely coffee too, saw to my wants and needs very efficiently will definitely be back , only one thing is I phoned the customer service number the store manager gave me and nobody was answering that phone and i wanted to cancel my order of the milton headboard as i thought I would live with the bed for few weeks then decide on a new headboard so can you please cancel the milton headboard and the cover and refund me the £159.00 to my card...a bif worried because if states on your receipt i have only 48hrs to change mind and because of this holiday period I couldn't get into contact with customer services, i did speak to the lovely guy whose the manager about me wanting to cancel the headboard so will that be okay, please can you contact me reference this matter. We got what we came in for. The service was great and we set up finance to pay the bed frame off within 9 months.

The staff at the store were very knowledgable and there to help straight away. They gave great advice and made us feel comfortable.

Carla, the assistant that helped me, was helpful and understood I had a strict budget and didnt try and push me above it. Recommended several mattresses ,and showed me the Dreams Sleep Tester. She gave me plenty of time to test different mattresses and was very patient while I decided.

The sales rep was very helpful with his suggestions to my needs and I came away with my mattress that day which I was not expecting to do. He helped me get it to my car as well. Very friendly and professional.
