We found exactly what we were looking for at the right price.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Only two staff available though so we had to wait. Very noisy heating/air conditioning system made conversation at the order desk difficult

We spent a lot of money at the branch today, so we were very satisfied with the overall service and friendliness of all the staff

As we would expect as a customer the staff were very helpful which prompted us to place an order

We were made to feel very comfortable. Enjoyed the coffee, very nice touch. Tried several beds with different mattresses, until we selected the right one. We were guided every step of the way by both Matthews. Thamk you very much

Great friendly staff, offered tea or coffee and left to have plenty of time to check out the vast stock on display. Took the instore bed computerised survey which scans and rates your position on a bed and makes recommendations to start with. Really Helpful!

Shop manager responded very quickly to my request , gave me a coffee while he looked up options , and knew the product info very well . He was very helpful .

Item not on show at any local stores which was disappointing but was assured I could return. Staff very helpful

Very friendly staff with a welcome as we entered. We were offered a coffee and given plenty of freedom to browse. An assistant was ready to answer our questions and then take our order and payment. the final summary was simple and quick confirming our order.
