Greeted within a few seconds of entering the store by Matt,who's knowledge of products was excellent and I was offered coffee and shown to the beds and mattresses that I had seen online, and given all the information that i required, including the use of the mattress selection unit.I made my selection,paid the deposit and left happy 😊

The gentleman that served me was helpful, friendly, polite, very knowledgeable, patient and even made me a cup of tea. An all round excellent customer experience, i was really impressed.

The customer service was amazing,Matt was so helpful and informative it made a chore of choosing a bed much easier with his guidance. It saved us so much time and effort using his guidance .

Sales person was friendly, helpful and knew his stuff. We were offered a cup of tea and helped without any pushy sales patter.

We had a lady named Jenny come to us soon after we entered the store to look at mattresses. She pointed us in the right direction as to the best deals. My partner also has a back problem and she was able to recommend pillows that would help also. Once pointed in the right direction we were able to browse by ourselves with no pressure which was lovely

I felt from the instant i walked into the store I was warmly greeted by Carla who was a member of staff, Who really took the time and patience to understand my needs with my back problems I currently suffer from. She then showed all the options that met my needs and helped me with my final decision making with regards to my bed frames storage and which mattress was necessary for my conditions. The manager was on hand to help with the options regarding financing and was really helpful with options for the delivery in personally taking note of my homes location and personally took the time by writing down exact directions to my home and handed them to the drivers! Excellent work all round by what appeared to be a great team!! So a personal thank you from me for everything!!

The staff at my local store on the isle of wight were very helpful and accommodating to my needs Mathew and his lovely lady assistant helped me to choose the best product suitable to my needs and price

The assistant was very informative, knowledgeable and spent the time to show us various options of mattresses and pillows.
