i was most impresed by your the service that we were given,it was my husbands first trip out after being shielded since the beginning of march,Matthew who served us was very knowlledgable, helpful and very aware of covid regulations.HE offered us a drink as it was very warm,I FEEL THAT MATTHEW IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. I was told about the availability of the sleep watch machine that helps determine what type of mattress would best suit my needs. The sales assistant stayed with us and showed me multiple options of mattress that were of medium firmness as the machine suggested. They also allowed me ample time to continue testing out the mattresses available. Once i made my decision there was an assistant ready to take my order and they were very helpful in sorting out delivery and all the extras!! great customer service from dreams
