From first walking into Dreams store in Newport, Isle of Wight, I was made to feel welcomed. The Dreams colleague Matt Moss took me and my partner through a very professional service. He helped us discover what mattress best suited us and fitted inside our price range. He explained everything to us and gave us plenty of choices. 10/10 service.

The assistant was welcoming & very helpful. He also gave us time to try products out alone which gave us a relaxing experience.

we were very comfortable with the safety measures in place and the fact that we were left to make our decision without any pressure from a sales person and were able to take our time and were offered a bottle of water as it was quite warm in the store.
