Staff were polite and knowledgeable. Even provided us with a most welcome drink of water! (We shopped whilst the heatwave was on)! Very friendly and efficient.

We were welcomed by smiling staff, offered hand sanitizer, issued protective paper and pillow. We completed assessment on a bed. It was very hot day and we were offered water several times whilst there. There was a good balance between offering help and leaving us to try out beds of our choice. Brett was our assistant validation code 241

Excellent range of products. Fantastic customer service including a drink on entering the shop. The gentleman who dealt with our order was very helpful and did not try to be pushy. Also he was very knowledgeable about the products.
