From the moment we entered the Department Store, we were treated very well. With Hygiene, Information and then left on our own to discuss between ourselves what we had decided to purchase. We enjoyed the experience of getting the best selection for our needs on "Sleep Match" Mattress. Overall we didn't seemed pressurized by the Staff which was nice.

The store manager who served us was very helpful - he gave guidance but also gave us time to browse on our own so we could make our decision without any pressure. With excellent health and safety measures we felt assured that we were not at risk.

I was highly satisfied because there was an assistant by the door as I came in. I told her what I was looking for and she took me straight there. She told me that there was a special offer on the adjustable bed that I wanted for my mum which I was extremely pleased with. It was half price and it was just what I was looking for. I ordered and paid for it at the time and there were lots of free delivery spots for me to choose from. I was very impressed with the whole experience.
