We were greeted in a friendly manner by Matthew. He quickly ascertained what we were looking for and showed us the relevant products. We were allowed to test the mattresses and were given clear information regarding how they were constructed. We were then shown the divans and again given clear explanations. There was no hard sell, it was a pleasure to deal with someone who understood what we wanted and gave us the options that were available.

The sales assistant was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The product was available and will be delivered in time for our anticipated need for it. One can't ask for more than that.
