Even thought the item was not available for 4-6 weeks, I was told that hopefully it be 4 weeks to it comes in. As I took out the insurance the dreams customer service assistant have me the mattress protector to take away. He was knowledgeable and though I was pretty certain which bed I wanted he asked if he could show me some others that possible could of been within my ideal bed. He also went through pros and cons, with bed and mattress

I knew exactly what I wanted as I had a temperpedic adjustable bed in America and loved it. Matthew was attentive, telling me he would let me know if any offers came in for a lower price. He called me and said there was and then called me again to tell me it would expire. I was in the middle of a move and I couldn't get the bed earlier, but he called and let me take advantage of the sale. Extra care makes all the difference and giving me extra warranty on the adjustable frame.
