I told the Dreams colleague the type of bed I wanted. I was encouraged to use the “posture assessment “ I was shown a bed, which I tried, we then discussed mattress types and I decided to buy. I was given a very acceptable delivery date. The experience was pleasant, quick and easy. The gentleman who served me was Matt Moss who was polite and helpful.

The salesman was very informative, have us plenty of time to try out a number of items , but left us for us to discuss the products without interference. Very professional and polite.
