Staff helpful and gave adequate time for us to make a decision on our purchase. I did not feel pressurised to purchase and the staff explained all procedures from entering the store and covid safety precautions to the order and delivery arrangements.

Excellent customer service we received from Jennifer at Newport Isle of Wight , very welcoming as we enter the store with a smile , good product knowledge and very patient and gave us three of the best beds that would be suitable for our needs, as a store and company you should be proud of her to be in your team

The shop assistant was friendly, helpful and listened to what I wanted. Also showed me other options that were around the same price. He was also very careful about ppe whilst trying the beds out.
