Jennifer was very helpful, she listened to our needs and took us straight to the product that was best suited our needs, we explained that we wanted to spend a little bit more so she reassessed the products and took us straight the mattresses we had requested and explained very clearly the differences of the products and encouraged us to try the different firmness, there was never any pressure to buy. She was so very friendly and helpful and should be praised.

used the mattress matching machine and found a comfortable and recommended mattress straight away. Very pleased with service.

The chap I dealt with, mattew moss I believe his name was.... Well all I can say is dreams has a fantastic member of staff with matt. To be honest if it wasn't for his guidance, knowledge, personality and how he treated me I probably would have went else where to find a bed in stock. What a great guy and highly recommend. Staff were very helpful without being pushy
