Helpful friendly staff ,reasonable selection of beds

Staff are really friendly, been there a few months before and equally as polite and helpful. They leave you to try mattresses by yourself without hovering but then reappear after enough time to answer any questions. It's great they're not hovering and making you feel awkward. The staff were welcoming you didn't need to try and find someone to help. They were more than happy to go the extra mile and give expert knowledge.

They covered the pillows for our protection and were ready and waiting for our purchase. Very pleased indeed, please convey our pleasure to them. Offering tea/coffee and water was a very nice touch
