Having browsed on the lower and upper floors, Matthew approached us and answered all our questions and on the basis of his information, we were able to make an informed decision. We were extremely pleased with the service, it was friendly, informative and efficient.

The assistant Matt Moss was patient and courteus taking the time to explain everything and double checking the measurements to be sure nothing would go wrong with the order. I have purchased a new bed recently and found the staff at the Isle of Wight dreams to always be both helpful and friendly. Buying new furniture is an expensive decision and I know Matt helped me make the right choice with confidence Thank you

The store was light and airy well laid out plenty of room to move around,and a good selection of beds and bedding.

Excellent customer service! We were greeted by Matt Moss who explained the colour code system and different mattresses available. We were then offered hot drinks and left to peruse in peace. Seeing we were becoming overwhelmed with the choice available he offered further assistance and advice. At no point did we feel pressurised to purchase anything nor did we receive a hard sell approach. Our experience was a pleasure & we did indeed purchase a mattress & top of the range pillows... not bad considering the fact that we only went to look!

The staff were very helpful and friendly but most of all their explanation and knowledge of each of the products impressed.

The two members of staff were both welcoming and helpful, offering hot drinks and answering questions but not being too pushy. They asked if we needed help then left us to work out what we required before putting the order through.

We were welcomed on entering the store and after browsing for a few moments we were asked if we needed any assistance. We were shown and tried several beds before deciding which one suited our needs and we given coffee before we made our final decision on our purchase.

The store layout was very good, the staff were attentitive but not intrusive which was an excellent balance & the information and help provided was first class
