Clean tidy well laid out store friendly but not over the top customer advisor (Vicky) easy to find the bed we were looking for and easy to place an order.

Excellent customer service. We were given time to browse before the advisor came and asked if we would like help. He helped us make an informed decision without any pressure. After advising us on the products we wanted he offered us a coffee/tea and gave us some time to have a chat whilst he made our drinks. Any further questions we had were answered and he was very patient when I went around the store with a pillow trying out many different mattresses! We were given advice on additional products like insurance and bedding. Matthew Donovan our advisor couldn't have been more helpful.

The assistant was very helpful to my wife & I. She was not pushy in any way at all.

Because I managed to get exactly what I wanted and the sales assistant ensured that I got value for money and had a choice of paying that suited my circumstances. She was also very friendly, patient and helpful.

The assistant came to find me, I explained what I was looking for, he directed me to the mattresses I was looking for, I then placed an order. Very helpful assistant.

Vicky kept an eye on us as we tried the beds and new when to come and offer help and advise and when to step away. She gave us all the information we needed to give us time to think about our huge purchase!! Then when we returned she greeted us in a friendly manner and asked if we had come to a decision, she then offered us a drink and a trial of a different pillow to compliment our bed, then proceeded to process our order answering any further questions we had well and deferring to another colleague for additional technical advise regarding the details of the Smart TV.
