The staff made us feel welcome but were not overpowering. We were able to take our time to try out the beds. Once we had decided on a mattress Vicky was extremely efficient and friendly and the transaction was completely quickly.

Originally visited to buy one, yes, one single mattress, left after buying one single mattress and one double bed and mattress!

It started with your website which was clear Showed the best range of the six sites I visited. We chose the bed we wanted and discovered the IOW had a branch so we went along. The range seemed to match what was on line. The person on duty who assisted us was not pushy and took time to explain the differences and we thought the pillow code was a brilliant idea. So we made our purchase after being left to it. A great experience by person , website and information.

I got all the help and advise that I needed I was very confused as to what I needed but sales people helped me not pushy but useful information which I realy needs nice visit !!
