The assistant did not pester us but waited a short while to allow us to browse and then asked if she could assist. She was very friendly and down to earth with a very happy demeanour. She did not pressurise us to buy a product which we did not want. She offered the service we required which was the removal of the old mattress.

The sales adviser Victoria was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the options .

I brought a new bed over the phone as was unable to have it delivered via the Internet store. The customer service representative was more then happy to help and went out of his way to accommodate my needs! Thank you, I'm looking forward to receiving the bed

There were a good variety of divans to choose from and different firmness of mattresses.

I was in a rush, knew what I wanted and the assistant was fantastic and quick.

I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door ,the sales man explained the colour coding of the pillows and gave us time too look around, he then provided us with a drink ( it was a very hot day) we sat and went through my choice of mattress orderd and told date it will be there to collect . The sales man Matt was very friendly and efficient ,

Assistance for disabled parking. Friendly knowledgable assistant and he was also helpful in comparison of products for ones personal needs.

When we entered the store the advisor welcomed us to dreams, but did not hover or pounce on us like they do in some stores. Whilst browsing we were informed that there was further choices on the second floor and to ask if we needed further assistance. When we enquired about the products we were promptly informed of the price and the upgrades available but he was not pushy and I was able to make an informed decision based on my budget. I was given the delivery day of my choice and when I returned to the store to get the measurement of our bed, the advisor was happy to help.
