Simply really pleased with the knowledge of member of staff and the quality of bed we bought.

We liked the fact that Carla who helped us in store was new to the company and was still in training, but helped us as much as she could with out any issues.

We had multiple visit to the store before placing the order as this was an high price decision. We hadn't felt or been pressured into makming the purchase and in fact was advused to take our time due to the level of expenditure, Various questions were answered at different visits.

The two assistants were very polite and helpful and I chose the bed I wanted from a good selection. I liked the way the beds were presented and marked with clear firmness ratings

the store seemed very friendly and all staff were helpful this helped us to make up our minds very quickly.

The assistant, Matt Moss, was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us plenty of time to try the products and advised us on what would be the suitable products for our needs.

We had already looked on line for the bed so when we went into the shop it was good to see the product was as good as shown on line. A member of staff then assisted us in choosing the mattress that would give us the comfort and good nights sleep we required.

The manager Mathew looked after me personally and was very helpful with my needs as I have a back problem and needed the right mattress
