We were very impressed with the service we received. The store is only a few minutes walk from us and we were pleased that we were able to shop so locally. although the assistant was new to the store she was as helpful as anyone could possibly be i,m sure she will be a credit to your store , as was the other girl who was helping the new girl with her carrying out her ordering of our mattress . we have shopped before at this store and we were also recieved with open arms and looked after extremely well.

The shop layout was great, the colour coding is a brilliant idea when looking for a specific type of matress

I was highly satisfied with the experience we had in your branch of Dreams. Matt Moss understood that we wanted a single bed with another single bed underneath for our grandchildren when they came to stay. I had been looking for this type of bed to replace the toddler beds the grandchildren had now outgrown and had been looking in the Sales; never seeing this type of bed offered at sale price. I knew the price for this bed to be higher than I wished to pay but it was a priority.

My wife is disabled, has had more than one hip replacement, and requires a good level of hip support without pressure on the hip. Mr Moss, your sale assistant was extremely helpful in locating just the right mattress/divan for us. Thank you - really good service!
