Really helpful and knowledgeable Friendly Fantastic experience

We had seen the bed we were looking for online and found it easy in the store, and it was exactly as advertised. We needed a mattress, but did not know what to buy so found it helpful having them clearly labelled with descriptions, and being able to try them out. This helped us make our choice more easily. We are happy with our treatment by the staff who were very welcoming, and good hosts, even making us hot drinks whilst we checked the beds out leisurely. It made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. It was good to speak to staff who were aware of the products and prices, and people friendly.

assistance was offered immediately we entered the store but not forced when we were browsing. when we were ready to compare products the assistant was readily available and demonstrated good product knowledge. information checked on the computer was speedily obtained and communicated back to us very quickly. Overall we placed our order due to the level of service provided and the friendly way that we were treated.
