THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE WERE LOOKING FOR BEDS. THIS HELP US TO CHOOSE BEDS FOR ARE GRAND CHILDREN AND A NEW DOUBLE BED FOR US THEY GAVE US THE BEST PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND WE THANK THEM THANK YOU ROGER DIXCEY

We only went to look at options but came away satisfied we needed to get a replacement.

Store layout was explained concisely. Minor problem finding a delivery date, but the assistant offered me the identical product, but under a different name, which was available earlier, and at the same sale price.

The whole experience was a pleasure, we were allowed to browse through the store without being pressured. The staff were available to answer all the questions we had, they showed great knowledge of what they were selling. Every thing was explained clearly

Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't feel pressured in any way, made to feel most welcome. Couldn't fault the service.

Even though the staff were moving beds around in readiness for new ranges arriving they were friendly and helpful. They excused the state of the store when we arrived and explained what they were doing. We have purchased beds from that store a few years ago to take to our house in France and the service again was excellent and the beds have proved to be as advertised and have been admired by our visitors.

We had gone into your store a couple of weeks ago looking for a mattress saw the one we wanted had a look around but came back on the 1-9-2015 and purchased the mattress no problem,lovely girl served us,so now waiting for it to come into the store to be collected.

With both my husband & i suffering from pack issues, the assistant was quick to advice & point us in the right direction of a suitable mattress & after trying many other instore, we returned back to the origonal one picked out by the assistant & went on to make a purchase. which isnt like us, being as it was completely over budget but we were totally sold.
