Dreams - Isle of Wight

My sales assistant Vicky was very friendly and helpful, she explained the difference between the tempur range of mattresses I was interested in and took all the time I needed to make the right choice. I came in on two occasions and she was available both times, I got a great deal on the mattress and two pillows and the speed of completing the order and arranging delivery was excellent. A credit to the store.

because there were so many matresses at different prices and the staff were very efficient and maththew brett knew everything that we needed to know and we will definetly shop there again

Staff friendly and knowledgable and very helpful

The sales assistant supplied the information that I asked for in a friendly and courteous way and then gave me space to think and talk to my son who was with me. If he had crowded me and been pushy I would not have made the purchase today and could have ended up going to a different store. Over pushy sales staff send me heading for the door. He was a very pleasant young man.

The man who greeted us and helped us during our visit on the Isle of Wight store (his name was Matt) was very polite, friendly and welcoming, we even had a cup of tea and coffee whilst bouncing around on the beds! (Only lightly!) he showed us around, explained to us how to understand payments, offered us the best offers dreams had to offer, wasn't pressuring us in anyway, he was extremely helpful and we couldn't have thought any higher of him and his customer service!! :)

Matt Moss was extremely helpful and patient. Delivery was amazing compared to another island store who quoted me 6 weeks for an almost identical item. I can't speak highly enough of the you're service. I must also compliment the 2 men named Leigh and Simon for the delivery, they were very polite and helpful. Dreams seem to have some very good staff working for them.

Really friendly staff, guided us towards the products that best suited us. We were even offered coffee whilst we were looking around.

Everyone very friendly and helpful needed bed asap even surjested we get a neutral colour bed base if wanted bed quicker which we did explained everything in detail so we understood our rights and needs thankyou ever so much especially to a M.Brett at the isle of Wight store who had only been working there for 2 weeks

As i entered the store i was greeted in a friendly manner by the assistant , even though he was new to the store he was very helpful and if he was not sure about anything he was quick to check with a colleague.

The assistant serving us was knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful making the purchase as simple and stress free as possible
