Dreams - Isle of Wight

The bed we wanted as originally out of stock due to popular demand, so the member at dreams isle of wight we were served by Matt Moss, he was ever so good at handling the situation by taking our details and called us as soon as bed was available. He did so, and we are very happy customers. Really friendly, relaxed and talkative team, really helpful and had good fun and a few laughs!

We ( my wife & I) were Highly Satisfied with all 3 staff called Matthew, but especially the manager who showed us around was there when we needed him but gave us a lot of space and time to enjoy our time at Dreams and also gave us a cup of coffee and a lot of INFO GREAT job well done.

My visit to the Dreams showroom resulted in a very quick purchase of a small double bed in the colour I wanted and ample storage beneath at a very good price. Well satisfied.

Various members of staff were very helpful and very polite.

Good lay out in store, really easy to find the type of mattress we needed. Store assistant was informative, good humoured and not intrusive or pushy, giving us space to consider our selection. The item we chose was in stock, purchase was easy and delivery very quick. Delivery staff (Leigh and Simon) were friendly, courteous and very careful. Very pleased with the quality of the product.

Very positive experience when looking for a bed for teenage daughter at Lake store on Isle of Wight. Very helpful ( not pushy ) sales person who allowed us to browse and then helped answer specific queries that we had. Very knowledgeable regarding products and very prompt service with ordering. Friendly and approachable but also professional.

The staff were very helpfull and knowledgable, in fact nothing was too much trouble a real pleasure to shop.

I was greeted by a staff member (Vicky), who was friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. She answered all my questions when I had looked around and printed a quote for me to take away. There was plenty of choice. The diagrams of matresses and the colour coding helped me to understand more than I had previously. Another colleague on the phone was also helpful when I placed my order. And when I decided to make a change to it the following day, that was done willingly and promptly.

we needed a new mattress for our craftmatic bed but could not afford a genuine one so asked the sales man if you had a mattress that would suit our bed .
