Matthew Donovan was very helpful, and clear about the products. He provided a leaflet which helped me to make my choice. I was offered assistance shortly after entering the shop, but was given time on my own to make my selection

I have purchased a previous bed and mattress from Dreams - and was vey satisfied with this. This is why i returned to Dreams 4 years later and purchased 2 new beds and a mattress for my new home. The sales assistant was very patient and knowledgeble. I feel confident my purchase.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We wanted a new mattress for a spare bedroom in time for Christmas, so we Knew stock availabilty and next day delivery might be limiting factors. However your salesman quickly established what models were available from stock and we tried out the relevant display beds. In the end we decided to buy two mattresses - one for our spare room and one for our own bed, plus some bedding items at bargain sale prices. We really cannot speak highly enough of the staff who dealt with us - they were friendly, helpful and informative. And of course, we are very pleased with the quality and overall value for money of all the items we purchased. Thank you.

Friendly and efficient service

We had a reasonable amount of time to browse before being asked if we required assistance and when we stated we didn't but would shortly the staff politely left us to and didn't make us feel pressured or rushed, when we then wanted assistance they were quick and answered our questions.

We were given plenty of assistance from Matt Moss, without it being too intrusive, we were given all the time to not feel rushed and have the reassurance of a comfort exchange which is great. Thank you

Dreams had exactly what we were looking for and availability suited our timescale we have bought from dreams on many occasions and have always found their staff extremely friendly and helpful and their products excellent value and quality
