The member of staff helping us was extremely helpful and very cheerful, she gave us a good deal.

The store was quiet, given the date & time of day. Welcomed to the store & offered advice based on what we were looking for. Colour system of mattresses explained to make it easier for us to find what we wanted. Offered a drink which was very welcome. Left to look without being hassled but knew staff were around if we needed them

when I walked in I was allowed to look around without being pounced on by a sales person once I had settle a person came over and said if I needed help to let her know, so I was left to think about what I wanted, I then found the lady and she was really helpful and talked through everything.
