The sales assistant Ruby did a great job, made us both a cuppa when we first entered the store so we were relaxed and in the mood to do some serious bed shopping! My follow up visit three days later to complete the paperwork was also highly satisfying, the lady member of staff who dealt with my enquiry was also excellent!

the layout of the store was excellant, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, this was the second bed we have bought at dreams in the past six months, and making a purchase was so easy and no hassle.

The lady that served me was very helpful and sorted out my order for a new mattress for my 9 yr old boy very quickly and efficiently ,she offered me the extra insurance which I took as I was given a free mattress protector which I needed so that was a bonus ,everything was explained in detail and I look forward to collecting it in a couple of weeks .

I found the assistant very friendly and helpful giving me all the time I needed to make up my mind.

We were able to browse freely but was told, in a friendly not pushy, way that we could ask for help. When we did, we got clear information and told the best beds to meet our needs then again free to try. Offered a tea or coffee, and we spent what seemed like ages trying beds out. Very friendly staff who knew what they were talking about when asked, made the whole awful bed buying experience as stress free as possible. That coupled with the 40 day 'trial' period to alleviate any worries just made it simple.

The store was clean and calming. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. They answered any questions with ease and explained their product range well. Asked about our needs and listened to what we said. They brought us hot drinks which was very appreciated . They were on hand to help but at no time did we under pressure to hurry with our choice. Made time to check stock availability on small items (duvets / sheets) as well as bed .

The assistant did a very good job of explaining the differences between mattress firmness and the use of colour co-ordination throughout the store. That made finding the type of mattress I needed so much easier.

The service was exemplary-all the paperwork and process of delivery explained in a manner that was easy to understand and more importantly it didn't take too much of my time up.Extremely satisfied with the purchase and service received.
