Staff was there to answer our questions which they did when we needed them but did not pester us.

Very friendly staff who were helpful but not pushy. Ordering was made simple and easy. Liked the fact you only paid a deposit on ordering - did not have to pay the full amount weeks before having the bed. The shop was open at convenient times & parking was easy.

The Salesman was very friendly and spent a lot of time showing me the different type of mattress and the range was very good. Overall the shopping experience was fun and I came out very satisfied.

From the moment we enterd the store we where made very welcome we where given coffee while the gentleman took us round and explained what we had said we would like.we where given choices of mattress to choose from and try and even given pillows like we have at home to try on the beds .he then left us so we could talk private a bout the price and came back ashort while later and we bought bed with head board .we told the manager we where very pleased the man who sold us the beds name is matt moss a very polite and thoughtfull sales man i have abad back and he was very acommadating glad we came to dreams just waiting for bed to be made thank you

Your dream sales rep matt moss was very professional, funny and helpful. It made our purchase to much easier. While he even had time to speak to our son while we were trying to decide what we wanted.

Helpful staff, variety of beds to try, smartness of site.

Ruby who helped me was fairly new yet she knew her products and what she didn't know she found out. Excellent service - 2 cups of coffee cos I couldn't make up my mind and needed to "phone a friend"!!!! Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant. Thanks Ruby

Greeted as soon as we entered the store, said what we wanted, shown where to try the mattresses, not pressured by salesman but he was there when we needed help. Able to take our choice with us, quick & smooth sale, all good.

The staff were very helpful,cheerful,polite and very knowledgeable of the products for sale
