A friendly approach with no hard sale. Lots of advise and a pleasant all round experience. A good choice of products and we'll displayed.

Friendly staff,knowledgeable of the products I was looking at. quick and easy ordering. The only downside was the inability to deliver on a Monday which was the day we were moving to the Isle of Wight.

I made three visits to the store to decide on my bed purchase. Each time the staff were friendly, knowledgable and efficient.

Needed a cheapish, divan bed, had various options shown to us, had a night to think about it, and bought the bed the next day from the same helpful assistant.

all the visits we made 3 or 4 times choosing the bedroom furniture, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We were greeted, offered coffee, then given a general idea of what was available left to browse and then given more information and help in making our purchase. Transaction then conducted in a friendly manner, not just with the person dealing with us but other assistants as well

Very helpful staff

We were very indecisive on our visit as we were both undecided on what exactly we wanted. The salesman was very helpful and explained the options we could go for and also informed us how we could get the product without having to put a deposit down. He gave us enough time on our own to make a decision without us feeling pressured.
